1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Fonte Quente website — Quinta Terapêutica e Pedagógica — as well as the booking and participation in the activities and sessions offered. By using this site, the user accepts these terms.

2. Sessions and bookings

Sessions take place in small groups and are subject to prior booking and availability. Fonte Quente reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to force majeure, weather conditions or an insufficient number of participants, informing participants as far in advance as possible.

3. Payments and cancellations

• The price and conditions of each activity are presented at the time of booking.
• Cancellations by the participant must be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Refund conditions may vary depending on the type of activity.

4. Participant responsibility

The activities are of a wellness and relaxation nature and do not replace medical advice or treatment. The participant is responsible for informing the team of any relevant health conditions before taking part.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logo and visual identity) is the property of Fonte Quente and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
